An ultra-heavyweight iteration of the classic EP301 silhouette, the EP540 is constructed from a massive 540gsm 3-ply loopback (unbrushed French terry) organic fleece for maximum winter thermal retention and structural integrity.

Knit entirely from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, the extreme high-density face provides a flat, rigid canvas engineered to support heavy embroidery, high-density screen printing, and direct-to-film transfers without sagging.

Technical construction details include a double-layer self-fabric hood with matching flat drawstrings, a central kangaroo pocket, heavy ribbing at the cuffs and hem, and double-needle topstitching along all major stress seams.
